February in Dubai is 22°C and an outdoor park day, not a festival list. The Dubai with kids page already covers RTA cabins, the aquarium tunnel and why the Museum of the Future is closed. This page is the thermometer Visit Dubai actually printed, and the events it did not.
Visit Dubai weather pages, LEGOLAND and the Museum of the Future FAQ were opened on 14 October 2026. No official February 2027 festival dates appeared. A 2027 listing that did appear, Youth Cup Dubai, sits in April. It is not used here.
22°C, and the month next to the coolest
Visit Dubai's weather page is the table. February 22°C. January 21°C, typically the coolest month. March 24°C. April 28°C. December 24°C. July 36°C. From October until April the same page calls the air mild and sunny, and says outdoor attractions take centre stage. Summer is the indoor, air-conditioned season.
That is the whole seasonal argument. February is a LEGOLAND day and a walk, not a dash between malls. It is not January minus a degree in any way that changes clothing. Pack a light layer for evening. Do not pack a winter coat as if this were Munich.
A separate February weather guide exists, dated 28 January 2026. The body did not fully render when opened. 2026 event copy on that article is not reused as 2027 dates.
Parks that use the cooler air
LEGOLAND Dubai is still the 2-to-12 resort: Theme Park and Water Park, under 3s free with identification. February is when that outdoor mix is usable. In July it is a heat argument. Treat it as the full day. Do not add the aquarium after it.
The aquarium Silver Pass (under 2 free, under 15 with an adult 15 or over) stays on the year-round page. In February it is a backup if someone wants air-conditioning, not the first plan.
Desert and beach time are outdoor in this month. This page does not name a camp or a hotel. It also does not name a February sandstorm forecast. If the air is kind, walk. If it is not, go indoors.
No invented February calendar
Visit Dubai's events calendar, on the day we checked, did not publish confirmed February 2027 family festival dates. Official Ramadan pages found were labelled 2026. Emirates Literature Festival's site still showed January 2026. None of those are a 2027 February plan.
The Museum of the Future closed in early September 2026 and is set to reopen in the first quarter of 2027. A February 2027 visit is possible only after tickets go on sale. Until then it is a building you photograph from the pavement.
RTA zone fares and the women-and-children cabin do not change in February. They stay on the year-round page. The free-child age still disagreed between two official RTA texts, so it is still omitted.
A February stay that holds: one LEGOLAND day if you have a 2-to-12-year-old, one outdoor walk in 22°C air, the aquarium only if you need a tunnel. No festival that we could not date. No Museum of the Future until it sells a ticket. For the metro rules and the closed museum, stay on Dubai with kids.
What 22°C is for, and what it is not
22°C is LEGOLAND, a morning walk, a playground, a beach hour if your child swims. It is not a reason to book a midday desert outing without shade, and it is not permission to skip water. January at 21°C is almost the same jacket. April at 28°C is already warmer. July at 36°C is a different city.
The aquarium does not become more important in February. It becomes optional. Use it if the wind is up or someone wants penguins. The Silver Pass rules (under 2 free, under 15 with an adult 15 or over) do not change with the month.
RTA's 7 zones and 30-minute transfer window do not change either. LEGOLAND is not a downtown metro hop. Budget the journey as its own morning. A nol Silver card that covers the city will not, by itself, put you at Dubai Parks and Resorts. Check the live map for the station or bus you will actually use.
If the Museum of the Future has reopened by your February dates, the FAQ will say so and a ticket will exist. Until that sentence is true, the building is a photograph. Do not write it into a printed itinerary.

Is February a good month for outdoor parks in Dubai?
Visit Dubai lists February at 22°C and puts October to April in the outdoor season, with milder air and sunny days. LEGOLAND for ages 2 to 12 is the park day that uses that air. Summer averages on the same page reach 36°C in July.
Which February festivals are confirmed for 2027?
None on the official pages opened for this guide. A dated 2027 listing found was Youth Cup Dubai in April, not February. Ramadan pages were labelled 2026 only. This page does not invent a festival calendar.
Can you visit the Museum of the Future in February 2027?
Only if it has reopened and is selling tickets. The official FAQ says it closed in early September 2026 and is set to reopen in the first quarter of 2027. Until a ticket exists, skip it.
