What is in the template

Each section is a short list of blanks, so a family with a baby and a teenager can see every traveller's passport date, seat and bed in one place. The daily plan has a morning, a nap or quiet time, an afternoon, dinner and bedtime for three days, and you can copy the block for more days.

Five of the sections carry a short note from an official source, each linked and sourced on 21 October 2026. The rest are prompts we wrote, and they are not sourced facts. Rules differ by country and airline, so confirm yours.

How to use it with Google Sheets or Docs

For Google Docs, press the copy button and paste. For Google Sheets, download the CSV and use File, then Import, or open it in Excel. Share the file with the other adults so everyone fills in the same plan.
